Take a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, oil, sugar and knead a nice dough.
Grease with oil and rest it for 1 hour. - 2
For Raita: Take a grinder add Yogurt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, bhuna Zeera, green chilli, garlic cloves and grind it and make raita.

Now take a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, Yogurt, oil, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice and marinate for 30 mins.

Take a pan and cook until it's done. (Coal smoke is optional)

Now take a dough and make pedas. Make a desired or round shape paratha and fry them in oil until light golden.

Now take paratha spread raita, chicken, onion, cucumber, cabbage, imli chutney and roll it.

Yummy Boti Roll is ready.
