Low-Calorie Capirotada

Capirotada is a traditional Mexican dessert typically enjoyed during Lent, especially on Ash Wednesday or Fridays of Lent. The original version is high in fat, flour, and sugar, so I created this healthier version for those of us who can't resist the craving.
