Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1whole egg
  2. 1 slicewhole wheat sandwich bread
  3. 30 gramsprotein powder with rice pudding or dulce de leche flavor
  4. 1/4 cupunsweetened almond milk (about 60 ml)
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  6. Toppings
  7. Dried cranberries or raisins, to taste
  8. Almonds, to taste
  9. Unsweetened shredded coconut, to taste
  10. Walnuts, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bread into small cubes and place them in an individual baking dish.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients and pour over the cubed bread. Add the cranberries or raisins and refrigerate for a few minutes so the bread can soak well.

  3. 3

    Remove from the refrigerator and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Decorate with your favorite toppings.

    Enjoy!
