This is my fusion of classic hummus with red sauce.
Steps

For blanching tomatoes and chillies First take some boiling water in a pan. Take 4-5 tomatoes and make a cross cut over it slightly. This makes peeling them easy.

To boiling water add the tomatoes and red chillies. Cover it and Let it blanch for 15 mins on a medium flame.

Remove the tomatoes and chillies peel the skin of tomatoes and remove the eyes. Remove top part of red chillies. Grind them in the mixture grinder.

The red sauce is ready. Add little bit salt and black pepper. You can use this sauce in pasta, spaghetti, and many other things.

Now for preparing tahini paste dry roast Seasame seeds on pan on low medium flame until they begin to pop.

Let it cool and add it to mixture grind it. Add some olive oil to it and grind it again. Tahini paste is ready. You can make both tahini paste and red sauce before also and store it.

For preparing tomato Chilli hummus In grinder jar add 1/2 cup boiled Chickpeas.

Add garlic pods, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder.Add the olive oil, Add the tahini paste and red sauce.Grind and make a smooth paste.

Check if it has a paste like consistancy. If not then add some of chickpea water to make it thin.

Tomato chilli Hummus is ready. you can serve it with pita bread or nachoos or anything you like
