Steps

Grind Tomatoes finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

Grind Onions, Ginger & Green Chillies finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

Cut Paneer in medium-small size cubes or whatever shape you want.

Now take a bowl, add chopped paneer cubes in it with 1 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder in it & mix them properly & gently so that paneer cubes don’t break.

Then add 4 Table Spoon Dahi in it & mix them properly.

Now let the marinated paneer rest for 5-10 minutes.

After 5-10 minutes, Now take a pan, add 2-3 Table Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add marinated paneer cubes in it & roast them till they turn into slight golden brown in colour.

After 4-5 minutes, when they turn slight golden brown in colour, take them out in a bowl & fry rest of the marinated pieces.

Now keep all of them in a bowl aside.

Now take a kadhai, add oil in it in which paneer cubes were roasted & 1 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add Khade Masale & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add finely grinded onion, Ginger & green chillies paste in it & cook them till they turn into golden brown in colour.

Now take a katori, add 5 Table Spoon Dahi in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder & 4 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder in it & mix them properly.

Now after 5-6 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, add spices mix dahi in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 4-5 minutes till dahi starts releasing oil.

After 4-5 minutes, when oil is completely released, add finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.

After 8-10 minutes, when oil is completely released, add roasted Paneer Cubes in it & mix them properly.

Then add 2-3 Cups Water in it & mix them properly.

Then add 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & 1 Small Cube Butter in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 4-5 minutes.

Your Punjabi Paneer Makhani is ready to be served.
