Steps
- 1
In a pot add 250mls of water and allow it to heat for few minutes. If you are using liquid milk the water shouldn't be too much so as to prevent it from being too watery, in homemade coconut or almond milk you don't need water. For those that want it very thick you can use a thin of milk
- 2
Add your 2 tablespoon of milk into the hot water
Your milk can be powdered milk, liquid, coconut milk, almond milk any milk of your choice - 3
Add your cocoa powder and keep staring until it totally dissolves, it takes few minutes
- 4
Add any sugar of your choice
I used brown sugar for this
You can use honey, granulated sugar, stevia etc - 5
Off your gas and serve
You can take it hot or allow it to cool off then refrigerate
Enjoy with your bread, cookies, cakes etc
