A stew I have cooked for many years sometimes I add diced tomatoes and sometimes I don't, this time I didn't. This version has a dreamy creamy consistency, due to the stick of butter and paprika. Its a great flavor combo.

A stew I have cooked for many years sometimes I add diced tomatoes and sometimes I don't, this time I didn't. This version has a dreamy creamy consistency, due to the stick of butter and paprika. Its a great flavor combo.
Steps

Peel the pearl onions. Slice the potatoes,carrots,and celery. Soak the ancho chili pod in hot tap water.

Peel and slice the garlic. Brown the ground beef add salt and garlic. Give it a good stir.

Drain the ground beef. Add the mushroom broth and deglaze the pan.

Add the slice vegetables to the instapot. Season with pink Himalayan salt. Add the drained beef to the vegetables and stir. Add rice and paprika.

Add the mushroom broth that deglazed the pan. Give it a good stir. Add in the mustard and tomato paste. Slice up the pepper pod and add to the pot along with the liquids it soaked in. Incorporate well. Turn on instapot high pressure for 45 minutes.

Serve with bread and butter. Slice the butter thin and add to bread making a bread and butter sandwich. I hope you enjoy!!
