Cooking Instructions

Dry roast by adding only 1 tbsp ghee semolina and make aromatic golden.keep it aside to cool down.in same pan roast cashew,almonds and pistachios together and let them cool down

Now make dough of all-purpose flour by adding salt,ghee and baking soda.make a hard dough.donot knead just mix and let it rest at warm place after covering.crush the nuts and mix all with roasted semolina with sugar or mava.dry roast mava before adding always

Make oil hot to fry.make small balls of dough and put some mixture ready and wet one side from inside like momos or dumplings and give any design at outer layer to make decorative

Deep fry at medium flame and enjoy so yumm gujiya.some people dip them in sugar syrup to make them soft juicy
