Pill and boil your Irish until very soft

Drain and allow to warm and not cool, you can easily mash it with your fork

After mashing it, dust 1/4 cup of flour on your table or board, then transfer your mashed potatoes on it, gentle knead the potatoes and flour add 2 more 1/4 cups of flour or keep adding until it forms a dough

Divide it into four and Use your hands to make it into shape or rolling pin

After making mine into a circle, I used my knife to shape it into square, so I can easily use it for sandwiches

I greased my pan using little olive oil and I fried it on a low heat, as you are frying use your spoon to press the edges to prevent it from accumulating air

You can enjoy your bread with butter, or make sandwiches with it....or just eat it with Nutella or chocolate ganache
