Steps

Start the marination with rinsed rice,salt,haldi sugar,ghee n powdered masala prepared

Keep it for rest for 30 mins.stir it once in between say after 20 mins so that it coats well

Heat a pan,add ghee add nuts to fry.remove when light golden in colour

Now in the pan,add the khada garam masala n then marinated items,

Saute till rice gets a shine,so that it will be not breaking after cooked,

Cover it for 1/2 mins n then add water till 1 inch high running over rice.n milk n saffron threads.

Cover n cook on low flame.when it's done say after 15 mins add nuts n saute just.

It's aromatic n colored yellowish ORANGE with gloss m shine serve with mithi Dal as in Lord Jagannathji temple.
