Chop onion, garlic and parsley, then add to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix well

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour

Shape the mixture into 4 burger patties and brush both sides with a little olive oil

Heat the barbecue to a high heat, and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking

I recommend serving in a brioche bun with burger sauce, lettuce, red onion and tomatoes
