Ingredients

4 tacos
  1. Marinated salmon, as much as you like
  2. 2limes
  3. 1orange
  4. 1avocado
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. Pickled cucumber, as much as you like
  7. 1/2red onion
  8. 1/2cucumber
  9. 4corn tortillas
  10. Ground black pepper
  11. Salt and oil

Cooking Instructions

    Traditional ceviche uses raw fish, but I chose to use marinated salmon. Still, I let it sit in lime juice for about 30 minutes to add more flavor.

    Finely chop all the ingredients and season with oil, salt, pepper, and a splash of lime and orange juice to taste.

    Assemble the mixture on the corn tortillas. Enjoy!
