Ingredients

8-9 hours
4 servings
  • 2 lbsStew Meat
  • 2 cupsBeef Broth
  • 1 BagFrozen Mixed Veggies
  • 2 TbRosemary
  • 1/4 cupdiced jalapeños or green chilies
  • 1/4 cupcorn starch mixed with just enough liquid to dissolve
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Steps

8-9 hours
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in crockpot EXCEPT cornstarch mixture, salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 7 hours

  3. 3

    Add cornstarch mixture, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Cook for another hour or so...

  5. 5

    Enjoy
