The BEST taco dip ever The BEST taco dip ever
My mom would always make this taco dip at every family gathering. Over time, I started making it and it took me awhile to get it to taste like hers but I finally did it. Now I bring the taco dip to the family functions. You can use any taco seasoning that you want but I use Ortega seasoning. Rodney -

Shrimp Ceviche Shrimp Ceviche
I find people add to much to their ceviche. This is simple and it is authentic. Ceviche should not be pre cooked. The acid in the lime juice cooks it that is what makes it a Ceviche. It can be made with fish but my family has always done it with shrimp. Abeja_Reina
