Shrimp ceviche and avocado tacos or dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonlime zest (about 2 limes)
  2. 1/4 cuplime juice (about 2 limes)
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 cupdiced tomatoes
  5. 1 cupavacado peeled and diced (about 2 hass avacados)
  6. 1/2 cupcilantro
  7. 1 lbcooked shrimp
  8. 10tortillas
  9. 1 bagTostitos restaurant style lime chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except the tortillas/chips).

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Pile the mix on the tortillas or use the chips to eat the mix.
