Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupPepper (optional)
  2. 2 lbsShrimp or any Seafood
  3. 1/2 cupdiced Red Onion
  4. 1Jalapeno
  5. 3/4of Cucumber
  6. 1 cupRoma Tomato
  7. 3/4 cupCilantro Leaves
  8. 1Avocado
  9. 1/2 cupLime Juice
  10. 1/4 cupLemon Juice
  11. 1/3 cupOrange Juice
  12. Salt and Pepper to taste
  13. Tortilla Chips or Crackers
  14. About 1 cup of clamato juice

Cooking Instructions

    Clean shrimp and then place shrimp into boiling water and cook until shrimp are cooked, then drain water from shrimp.

    Add cooked shrimp, onion, jalapeno, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, clamato juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice, salt & pepper to taste

    Refrigerate for 30 mins and serve with tortilla chips or crackers

    For raw shrimp add 3/4 lemon & lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins or until link/opaque (2 hour process approximately)

    Add onion, jalapenos, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, avocado, salt & pepper to taste
