Marinate chicken strips in salt,pepper,vinegar,eggwhite and cornflour keep for 20 minutes..now make a batter..by using maida,cornflour,salt,black pepper and water

Add marinated chicken to the batter..keep for 10 mins

Now deep fry the strips and keep aside..

Take oil in a pan add garlic saute..now add all veggies one by one..saute for a min add all the sauces,blck pepper and salt..

Add the fried chicken to it mix it well and serve..
