Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 bunchpalak
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1green chilli
  • Pieceginger
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • as requiredoil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Blanch palak and blend it in a blender along with green chilli and ginger and keep aside,

  2. 2

    Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl add ajwain, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, 2tsp oil, and palak paste add little by little water and prepare little firm dough, cover the lid, let it rest for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Now roll out small pooris out of the dough and deep fry them in hot oil.. your palak poori is ready...
