  • 1 cupArhar dal
  • 1/3 tspHaldi
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspHing
  • For preparing a powder item
  • 1 1/2 tspJeera sabut
  • 1 tsp,coriander
  • 1/3 tspsaunf ,
  • 4/5 black
  • 1/3 tspPepper
  • Use ghee roasted sliced coconut n crushed coconut
  • 3 tbspGhee
  • 1 green cardamom can b added
  • आवश्यकतानुसारVeggies
  • 1Yam,
  • 1raw banana,
  • 1radish
  • 4-5 arbi,
  • 1/4 pumpkin

Steps

  1. 1

    In a deep vessel,cook arhar Dal with salt n haldi, once done 80 Percent...add veggies all in block style,I mean chunks wise
    Let it b cooked...Then keep it aside..At temple,it's done in an open container with mitti ki lid.

    Now in a pan add ghee n use cut n sliced coconut,...remove of heat
    Now add jeera sabut n Hing n crushed cardamom to this point

  3. 3

    Dal n veggies container,add powder prepared

  4. 4

    N coconut crushed n coconut ghee roasted...

  5. 5

    For garnishment use bit of coconut crushed enjoy with steamed rice.
