Ingredients

  1. 2onion
  2. 3green chilli
  3. to taste salt
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  7. 2 tsplemon juice
  8. 2 tspvinegar
  9. As neededcold water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash and slice the onions like a ring, separate the rings and soak in some cold water and keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour. Once it turns crunchy, drain the water.

    Take a bowl Add onion, salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,dry mango powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add lemon juice and green chilli and vinegar and mix well

  4. 4

    Serve it with your favourite dish.
