In a bowl with electrical hand mixer. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla liquid for 3 minutes

Add the lukewarm milk to the first mixture and keep whisking for another minute

Add all the dry ingredients and mix very well for another 4 minutes

Add 3/4 of the blueberries to the batter and mix for another minute.

**Preheat over at 180c **

Bring a round shape spring form tin and place one layer of non-stick baking paper and tight the tin. Slowly add the batter to the tin

The remaining amount of blueberries spring with flour no more than 1 tablespoon and spring on top of the batter{ make sure you get rid off any excess flour} the flour on blueberries will keep them surfaced rather then sinking into the cake

Now place the cake into the oven baking tray and in the over and set a timer for 1 hour baking at heat 180c at gas oven

Once baked place on high net and allow to cool down., The edge of the cake should look golden brown but not too dark

Decorate the cake with a sift of icing sugar, its ready to be served, Yummy Yum
