3 cupsGF rice pasta
1large broccoli crown
1red bell pepper
1/2yellow onion
4 clovesgarlic
1/2 bunchDino kale
Handfulgrape tomatoes
2-3mushrooms
1.5 cupwater
24 ozspaghetti sauce
2 tspbasil
1 tsprosemary
1 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 tbspolive oil
1/4 tspred chili pepper (optional)

Saute onions and garlic and olive oil in instant pot

Add sauce, spices, water and vegetables
3

Set to pressure cook and cook for 10 minutes. Release after 4 minutes.
