Ingredients

  1. 1 per personFlour tortillas
  2. to tasteSweet potato (diced)
  3. to tasteCheese (shredded)
  4. to tasteSanta maria angus beef tri tip

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook tri tip in the crockpot on high for 4hrs. Then dice meat up and set aside.

    Peel and diced up potatoes then Cook your sweet potatoes till tender. Then set aside

    N0w warm up your tortillas. Then start adding meat potato and cheese them roll eat and enjoy
