Raw mango Achar
Steps

Wash the raw mangoes. The raw mango should be completely dry. Cut the mango into medium-sized pieces.

Put 2 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp salt to mango pieces and rub thoroughly. After 6,7 hours mango pieces have released water and changed color. Drain this water. Pat them to dry again. Take the pieces out on a plate.

In small kadhai or pan heat the oil on medium flame. While gets hot turn off flame immediately. In a plate put achar masala and add that hot oil on it. Mix it properly by adding salt to it.

Let te mixture cool down completely.

Add this prepared masala to mango pieces kept in plate.Add jaggery to it. Mix well thoroughly.

Transfer this mango pickle in airtight glass jar. Let it as it for 5,6 days. After that achar will be ready to use for whole year.

Tasty n tangy Manfo pickle is ready.
