No Cook No Oil Lemon pickle

First of all, wash the lemon, dry it and cut it vertically + on both sides. Mix turmeric, salt, asafoetida and stuff all the lemons.

Now fill it in a jar and add rest of the salt mixture, lemon juice and cover the lid. In 10 days the lemon pickle will be ready. Keep stir up and down every 2-3 days.
