Take a bowl add in semolina,salt roughly mix it then add water as required to knead the dough don’t add more water just bind it together. Then cover the dough set aside for 1 hour after that smear olive oil.

By pricking in dough I have added olive oil knead it again and cover it for next 30 minutes. Finally prepare balls from dough and in a plate or whatever is comfortable pick each ball and press using our palm first to then press using fingers to all corners and prepare like a round chapati

Further just flip one side towards the center and again flip another side on the first flip side now both sides are done and just fold both sides on one another and the one bread is ready.gradually prepare all in similar fashion.

Take a pan add oil to it and while it’s hot set the flame to medium and let it fry one side for 1 minute then flip it similarly fry all until golden on both sides. Besides I had tahini sauce I have just garnished it with dil leaves,olive oil & spice.
