Steps

Take 1 glass daal and wash it properly

Soak daal in plain water for 3-4 hrs

Drain all the water and keep in strainer for 10 to 15 minutes

Take a cotton cloth and spread all the daal over it to dry them completely

Now heat oil in a wok

Take a strainer and add some portion of daal in it

Deep frying them for 3-4 minutes on high heat till crackling sound comes from daal when you stir

Take out strainer and remove all the oil.

Keep it over tissue to soak extra oil. Repeat process till all daal done

Mix salt to taste and enjoy tea time
