Steps

First, boil eggs add onion ginger garlic paste in the pan and stir fry then add tomato and stir well after that add finely chopped veggies and stir well.

Then saute them, then add salt and turmeric and chilli add the spices and stir well

Keep stirring for 10 mins until the masala dries and the water evaporates.

Finally, add sugar and imli pulp and keep stirring well.

After some time add cornflour and stir well then add eggs in gravy now ready to eat egg chopsy
