Ingredients

4 Adults
  • 1 CupRice
  • 2 CupsMilk
  • 2 CupsWater
  • 2 tspSalt
  • Step Two
  • 2 CupsMilk
  • 1/2 CupSugar
  • 2 tspVanilla, 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4Large Eggs (Beaten til foamy)

3 Hours
  1. 1

    In Double-Boiler Cook Rice, 2 Cups Milk, 2 Cups Water, 2 tsp Salt 1 Hour.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven 300 F. Add 2 more cups Milk, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 2 tsp Vanilla. 2 tsp Cinnamon, Foamy Eggs. Turn off burner.

  3. 3

    Grease Pyrex Casserole. Pour in mixture. Bake 2 hours
