Take a bowl and break the 3egg white portion separately and have Crush the 7pc garlic and take other all ingredients.

Take a mixi jar and put crushed the garlic and add 1/2Table spoon salt powder and add juice of 1medium size lemon in the jar and Grind it.

Then pour the 3 egg white portion and grind it and then add a little oil(250ml sunflower oil)and grind away.
