Masala Buttermilk With Chia Seeds

Soaked chia seeds for 1/2 an hour. Sieve and drain the water

Take a grinding jar add mint, coriander leaves, green chilli and 4 tbsp water. Blend and make coarse paste.

Now combine curd, spices and 1/2 glass of water. Close lid blend it for 10 seconds.

Pour the blended curd in a big bowl. Now add 1 glass of water and stir it.(water qty as per you like)

With hand blender (mathni) churn it for few seconds.

Transfer into a jug. Now take a serving glass add 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds and pour buttermilk. Mix well.

Detox Buttermilk drink is ready to serve. On serving time sprinkle little black pepper powder, cumin powder and chia seeds. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Enjoy!!
