  • Salt
  • 500 mlCooking oil

    Peel your potatoes to chips

  2. 2

    Mix water and salt then put your chips for 10mins

  3. 3

    Heat your pan and add oil.
    Let it be hot.

  4. 4

    Put your chopped chips very slowly.

  5. 5

    Turn it very slowly in the hot oil for 5mins then leave it to be cranchy.

  6. 6

    Serve it when it's hot.
