Take a Bowl and add Ghee + Oil

Add Chicken and if needed Apply Cuts of chicken pieces are big like mine

Add green chillies by splitting them into 2 parts each

Add lemon juice

Add white pepper powder

Add fresh cream

Set aside for 30-60 mins

Now after 60 mins put the mixture in a pan with some oil and let it cook for about 5 mins on high flame

Now turn the Flame to low and cover it with lid and let it simmer for 15 mins

Check if the chicken is cooked and the oil is Separated from the Dry gravy

Serve Hot

Can be served with any kind of Bread, Naan or also can be eaten as an Iftaar Item
