Ingredients

  • 2 Diced cucumber
  • 7-8mint leaves
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Roasted jeera powder
  • 1/2 cupchilled water or ice cubes

    Put all the ingrediants in a mixer grinder and grind it.

    Add chat masala.Add 1/2 cup chilled water and again grind it.Now strain it with a strainer.

    Now serve chill with sliced chilled cucumber pieces sprinkled with red chilli powder and chat masala.
