First of all we will boil the egg with some salt in it.
Blanch the palak by boiling it in water and sieve palak after one boil and cool it. - 2
Now make smooth paste of palak in a grinder by add in it green chilli and ginger.

In a small pan shallow fry the egg with pinch of turmeric and red chilli ipowder.

Later, In a pan add oil heat it and season it by cumin seeds,then add chopped onion in it and cook til light golden colour.

Then add palak paste to the pan and cook for 2 minutes,now add salt garam masala and butter in the gravy mix well and cook for another 10 minutes then add eggs to the gravy.

Delicious Dhaba Style Palak Anda is ready to serve,serve it with roti,rice or naan.enjoy the delicious dish to the fullest.
