Looking to make something savory for Ramadan and feeling stuck? Here's the solution to ease your mind.

Take a cup of flour, add the yeast and sugar, and then add a cup of warm water. Mix well with a whisk for a minute.

Add the oil and salt, mix, and continue adding flour and kneading until the dough comes together and is soft.

Let it rest while you prepare the filling.

Filling: Chop the bell peppers into small pieces and sauté them in a little olive oil with salt, pepper, cumin, and ginger. Once cooked, turn off the heat and add the corn, olives, and tuna. Mix and let it cool before shaping the dough.

Divide the dough into 18 small balls, flatten them, fill with the filling, add cheese, and seal the dough around the filling. Once done, heat the panini press well, brush it with butter, and press each ball slightly before cooking.
