Moong Dal Soup
Steps

Firstly tak all the ingredients together clean and wash.

Take a cooker vessel add moong Dal into it add turmeric powder n salt.

Heat the cooker keep the cooker vessel into it cover the lid and give 3 to 4 whistles.

Chop spring onion Coriander leaves grate the ginger now our Dal is cook remove from the cooker n keep aside n mash the Dal with the help of masher.

Heat the kadhai add ghee.

Add boil mash moong Dal into it add chopped spring onion, add green chilli ginger garlic paste.

Add Chopped coriander leaves black pepper crushed, lemon juice n boil for a minutes.

Add salt and grated ginger n a little water n mix it well n boil again for 5 minutes now our delicious healthy nutritious and tasty yummy moong Dal Soup is ready to serve.

Serve hot in a serving bowl sprinkle some Spring onion Coriander leaves n black pepper crushed n enjoy hot.
