4Shiso leaves
100 grams★ Ground meat
1 bag★ Shimeji mushrooms
1 stalk★ Japanese leek

1 tsp★ Sesame oil
3 cm★ Tubed garlic
2 tbsp☆ Miso
3 tbsp☆ Water
1 tbsp☆ Soy sauce

Add the ★ ingredients in to a pan and stir-fry.

When the meat turns brown, add the ☆ ingredients and dissolve in the miso.

Add the cooked spaghetti while there is still a little liquid is left in a pan and toss well. Top with julienned shiso leaves and serve!
