This cheesecake is incredibly tasty and yumm! But heavy too... But you can take a small amount of this yumm if you are on diet ! Because it's birthday bashhhh.....

To make the base crushed biscuits into crumbs, or bash them with a rolling pin in a bowl or sandwich bag.

Mix in the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan until compact and even. Put it in the fridge while you make the cream cheese filling.

For the cheesecake filling with an electric hand whisk to mix together the cream cheese, icing sugar and caramel sauce.

Once it is smooth with no lumps fold Whipped cream gently till combine.

Smooth the mixture into the tin on top of the biscuit base then put it in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours to set.

Decorate the cheesecake with caramel sauce on top and design with any shape.

After 3 to 4 hours ago. The cheesecake will be se set. Serve it with more caramel sauce.
