Pessarattu

Pessarattu is a protein packed green moong (gram) dosa with spices. It is a common and popular breakfast recipe from Andhra Pradesh. Pessarattu has two words - pessara meaning green gram and attu means dosa.
I made pessarattu with green chili, ginger, green coriander, and cumin seeds. The chutney is made with green coriander, coconut, garlic and lemon juice. The combination of green moong dosa and chutney is awesome that anyone will love to have.
