Steps

For Samosa :
we will prepare dough by adding :
Maida,
Oil,
Salt
& Water
in a bowl...and mix well make small dough and rest aside for 15 mins - 2
For Stuffing :
In a pan fry,
put 1 tbsp oil
Add sliced onions
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Add 1 green chilli chopped
Add 1 tbsp garam masala
Add few raisins and cashews
Add boiled corns
Now add grated paneer
Add 2 tbsp hung curd
Salt to taste - 3
Now we will roll the dough cut them into half like semi circle and roll them in a triangle shape like a cone ice cream

Now stuff the panner grated mixture in samosa cover.. and deep fry them in oil in medium flame

Now for chutney in a mixture pot add
Mint leaves,
Coriander leaves,
Salt to taste,
jeera,
green chilli
& dates (kajoor)
Finally pour little water grind them well it should not be thick paste - 6
Now we will give tadka to chutney..
Pour oil
Add mustard seeds
Let them crackle
Now pour the chutney in that give a boil for 1 min and gas off - 7
Now our dish is ready to serve...plate the panner Samosa with tasty chutney...enjoy
