Ingredients

  • For Samosa
  • as requiredOil
  • 1 cup Maida
  • as neededWater
  • 2 cupsPaneer grated
  • 1 cupCorn boiled
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1Green chill chopped
  • 2 tbsphung curd
  • 1/2 cuproasted peanut powder
  • as per needFried Cashews
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • As neededRaisins
  • For chutney
  • as required Mint. leaves
  • As requiredCoriander leaves
  • as needed Jeera
  • as requiredMustard
  • 3green chilli
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Water

Steps

  1. 1

    For Samosa :
    we will prepare dough by adding :
    Maida,
    Oil,
    Salt
    & Water
    in a bowl...and mix well make small dough and rest aside for 15 mins

  2. 2

    For Stuffing :
    In a pan fry,
    put 1 tbsp oil
    Add sliced onions
    Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    Add 1 green chilli chopped
    Add 1 tbsp garam masala
    Add few raisins and cashews
    Add boiled corns
    Now add grated paneer
    Add 2 tbsp hung curd
    Salt to taste

    Now we will roll the dough cut them into half like semi circle and roll them in a triangle shape like a cone ice cream

  4. 4

    Now stuff the panner grated mixture in samosa cover.. and deep fry them in oil in medium flame

  5. 5

    Now for chutney in a mixture pot add
    Mint leaves,
    Coriander leaves,
    Salt to taste,
    jeera,
    green chilli
    & dates (kajoor)
    Finally pour little water grind them well it should not be thick paste

  6. 6

    Now we will give tadka to chutney..
    Pour oil
    Add mustard seeds
    Let them crackle
    Now pour the chutney in that give a boil for 1 min and gas off

  7. 7

    Now our dish is ready to serve...plate the panner Samosa with tasty chutney...enjoy
