  • Fried sweet potatoes
  • Dice Carrots
  • Dice Red and green bell pepper
  • Spring onion
  • SliceOnion
  • Crush Scotch bonnet and onion
  • Garlic paste
  • Garlic powder
  • Ginger powder
  • Seasoning
  • Sazon
  • Oregano
  • Turmeric
  • Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add in oil follow by crush Scotch bonnet and onion fry for 2mnt

  2. 2

    Add carrot, garlic paste, seasoning and all your spices keep frying for 5mnt, add your fried potatoes and stir until well combine

  3. 3

    Add bell pepper, slice onion and spring onion stir and fry for 3mnt. Serve and enjoy 😋 😋 😋
