  2. 1 bowlCapsicum chopped
  3. 1 bowlOnion chopped
  4. 2 tspChopped garlic cloves
  5. 1 tspChopped ginger
  6. 1 tspChopped Green chilli
  7. 50 gmCornflour
  8. 50 gmWhite flour
  9. 4 tspTomato sauce
  10. 1 tspSoya sauce
  11. 3 tspChilli sauce
  12. 1 tspChilli flakes
  13. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  14. 1 tsp pasta masala
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and wash them well, mix cornflour and maida salt in it

    Fry the mushrooms twice

  3. 3
