Tandoori Achari Momo is a finger licking snacks for any season. Your taste buds will get activated.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients of marination and finally add the hot oil into it and mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 1-2 hrs.

Now prepare the momo dough by mixing all the dough ingredients and add water slowly to prepare a soft dough. Keep aside for an hour.

In the chopped cabbage add salt and keep for 10 mins. Now squeeze out all the extra water and mix chopped onion, carrot, capsicum with it.

Now take a small dough, roll it thin, fill the stuffing and give a desired shape.

Fry it till it is 70-80percent cooked. Then dip in in the marination.

Now place a bowl with burning charcoal in the marinated momos. Add ghee into the charcoal bowl. Cover for 10 mins.

Then arrange the momos in a tandoori stick and roast them.

Serve it with chutney.
