Soak the green methi in water. Boil the goonda for 3 whistle. And dry roast the besan.

Now heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seed and jeera, once it crackers add soaked methi seedsand stir, then add boiled goonda and stir.

Now add all the spices and stir let it cook for 3 mins, then add roasted besan and mix well. Let it cook for few mins stirring constantly otherwise it will stick on the base. Your goonda methi sabji is ready to eat
