Orange Peel Bread Rolls

I made some orange peel and wanted to use it up.
If you are using non-Japanese flour, increase the amount of water.
Store-bought orange peels are fine, but homemade peel is best for its fragrance.

Steps
- 1
Finely chop the orange peel. See "Easy, Homemade Orange Peel"
- 2
Knead all the ingredients except for the butter and orange peel in a bowl. When the mixture has come together, knead in the butter and peel.
- 3
Roll the dough into a neat round, place it in a bowl and allow it to rise to double its original size. When finished, divide the dough into 8 portions and let sit for 20 minutes.
- 4
Reshape them into neat rounds, place on a baking tray, and allow to rise for a second time until doubled in size again.
- 5
When finished, bake them for 12 - 13 minutes in an oven preheated to 170℃.
- 6
They're fluffy straight out of the oven.
