Orange Peel Bread Rolls

I made some orange peel and wanted to use it up.
If you are using non-Japanese flour, increase the amount of water.
Store-bought orange peels are fine, but homemade peel is best for its fragrance.

I love cream cheese! I also love oranges, so I decided to put the two together to make rolls.I used 2 squares of the small wrapped cream cheese.(40 g of the ordinary kind). The filling is quite soft, so if you make it ahead and chill it in the fridge, it's easier to spread. The dough is also soft, so handle it carefully.
