I have seen as many versions of the paratha as there are cooks. Paratha is a common breakfast dish in Pakistan. Today I am sharing one of the famous and most commonly eaten version of the paratha , butter and Tea 🍵.

I have seen as many versions of the paratha as there are cooks. Paratha is a common breakfast dish in Pakistan. Today I am sharing one of the famous and most commonly eaten version of the paratha , butter and Tea 🍵.
Steps

In a bowl add flour, maida and mix well.

Add Ghee and mix well.

Knead with the help of water.

Cover and leave for 20 minutes. Knead again and make soft dough.

Take a small ball, flatten it, spread some ghee on it and fold in a fan shape. Now roll it to make a round ball.

Take one ball,flatten it,and then roll it into a circle. Heat the tawa or griddle to medium heat and place a paratha on the tawa and wait until bubbles appear.

Flip over the paratha and Ghee on the surface. When the under side is cooked nice golden colour flip over once more and cook for a few more second.

Paratha is ready to serve with butter and Tea 🍵.
