Aalo ko gol cut karen slices patle patle aur pani mein wash kar ke rakhen.

Besan mein salt aur red chilli powder dalen aur pani thora thora dal ke batter bana lein smooth. Na zaida patla ho na garha cover kar ke rakh dein thori der, ajwaen chahen to pinch add karen.

Aloo ko pani se nikal ke strainer pe rakhen, oil garam karen aur besan ko mix karen dubara aur potato slices ko besan mein dip kar ke garam oil mein dalen.

Jab side fry ho jae to palat dein, fry karen acha golden colour a jaen aur crispy ho jaen to nikal lein. Uper se chat masala dal ke chutney kay sath serve karen.
