I love strawberries and cream cheese and wanted to eat them together as ice cream, so I made this.The mixture burns easily on the bottom, so make sure to mix it really well. Also be careful not to boil it too much, which may cause it to separate!If you take the ice cream out several times as it's freezing, and mix with a big spoon or fork, you'll have soft, smooth ice cream.
