Mild Teriyaki Hamburger Steak

I played around with a burger recipe to suit the tastes of my teriyaki-loving family.

The dissolved katakuriko will sink to the bottom of the sauce, so mix the sauce up once more before adding the burgers to the frying pan.
This sauce goes well with chicken burgers or any burgers that don't have too much nutmeg. Recipe by Rarumu

  2. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 1 tbspMirin
  4. 1heaping teaspoon Sugar
  5. 1 tspKatakuriko
  6. 2※ Hamburgers

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together all of the ingredients.

  2. 2

    When the hamburgers are grilled, blot off excess oil, coat them in the sauce from Step 1, quickly transfer to a frying pan, and agitate the pan while cooking.

    When the sauce thickens, it's done.

  4. 4

    Sandwich between buns for teriyaki burgers.
