Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsSushi Rice
  2. 2 packscrab imitation sticks
  3. 4 ozCream Cheese
  4. 4 tablespoonsMascarpone Cheese
  5. 4 tablespoonsJapanese Mayo
  6. 4 teaspoonsLiquid Seasoning
  7. 2 teaspoonsSesame Oil
  8. 4 tablespoonsSriracha
  9. Salt and Pepper to Taste
  10. 20 gfurikake seasoning
  11. 2 tablespoonsRice Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash 5 cups of Sushi Rice and let it soak for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Drain water and add 6 cups of cold water, bring to a boil and reduce heat once the water is almost gone.

  3. 3

    Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off heat

  4. 4

    Add furikake seasoning and rice vinegar then mix

  5. 5

    Filling: Use a food processor to cut crab imitation sticks to tiny pieces.

  6. 6

    In a bowl, add cream cheese, Mascarpone cheese, liquid seasoning, sesame oil, sriracha, salt and pepper to taste then mix

  7. 7

    In a tray, layer the rice and put the filling on top.

  8. 8

    Optional: Add another layer of crushed avocado just before the crab filling

  9. 9

    Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius or until the top part is lightly browned

  10. 10

    Add furikake seasoning, sriracha, japanese mayo on top.
