Take maida.. add salt. Red chili flakes, mix harebs,

First mix dry ingredients n egg half egg for soft dough.. now add gee n kned it well thn cover it for 15 mints..

Now make round roti.. now spread some flour n gee thn cut in lines with pizza cutter..

Now carefully mixx all lines n make pera again spread some gee again n roll it with your hand.. now fry on medium to low on spread ghee again n cook well
